As far as this story line is concerned a new family has moved into Morning Glory Circle. Mr. and Mrs. Fletcher and their young son Bradly, a seven year old boy who is very mischievous and a bit of a bully to the other children, including Tabitha (when no one is looking). An awful plan of his gets put into action, almost revealing that both Samantha and Tabitha are witches.
While all this hullabaloo is going on Darrin is under pressure to land the Ruthaford account. So he has to find a way to promote cat food. As he struggles with this with little rest, someone makes with some witchcraft to try and help the Stephens' family. Everything goes smoothly after...that is until Darrin finds out.
